How to remove Duplicate Option under Action Tab for a Transaction?

Summary:

We are creating a Custom role which is exactly replica of Accounts Receivable Manager role but don't want Duplicate option to be there Under Action tab of Transaction Screen.

Please suggest what privilege/role needs to be removed to achieve it?
