Offer letter in Arabic and english

Hello All,
We got a requirement asking to print Offer title, Department in english on left side of offer and same Job title , Department should be printed on right side of offer in ARABIC. We are unable to generate XML tokens in Arabic. Is that feasible ? Please provide your comments please
