Standard Object Custom Field Privilege

Hi gurus,

We have created a custom field in the standard object through the Application Composer.

The field type is Choice List (Dynamic) <OrganizationProfile>

Once the sandbox is published, the users see the field, they can enter the information, but when openning the pop up, it appears BLANK.

The only role that has access to the pop up is the "Sales Administrator" role.

Do you know what privilege gives access to the custom fields, since not all the users have the Sales Administrator role.
