We have business requirements of dynamic allocation journey task.

Business Requirement: As part of onboarding, there a state specific forms that Pending worker to acknowledge. Once pending worker provide confirmation about the home address, only then the task to be allocated based on State criteria in the Home Address.

For example: As a candidate, the candidate might give the Home KY. Once candidate converted as pending worker, enterprise onboarding journey is allocated. Then pending worker confirm the home address, if the Home State is in CA, the CA specific task to be allocation.
