Issue in accessing drilldown pages from approval notifications

Summary:

When an invoice is sent for approval to a user (who has no AP roles), he/she is unable to see the invoice details by clicking on the "Transaction Details" hyperlink from the approval notification, i.e., it just opens up a blank screen. Attached a screenshot of the email approval notification. We created a custom role assigning the duty role "Enterprise Resource Planning Approval" and assigned the custom role to the approver. But it still causes the same issue. Can you tell me what is the issue here.
