Import sales orders going into error

Hi We are trying to load create SALES ORDER using FBDI,

But it is repeatedly going into error. The error is-

***** SOURCE TRANSACTION ID, SOURCE TRANSACTION SYSTEM, SOURCE TRANSACTION REVISION NO, SOURCE TRANSACTION NUMBER

*****  - ERROR/WARNING, HEADER, Message Text

*****  - ERROR/WARNING, LINE, Source Transaction Line Id, Source Transaction Line Number, Message Text

TEST_SO_MAR7, OPS, 1, OPS_CUST


 - ERROR, HEADER, shipToAddress1: requestShipDate: null

We have kept the requested ship date but still this error is coming.

Can anyone provide the inputs
