Ability to create private requisition

Hi All,

We have a requirement where certain recruiter can create private job requisition (for higher position such as CEO) and these requisitions will not be posted on career site, just the link will be shared with selected candidates.

Do we we have any check-box or any other plag to make a requisition private so that it is accessed only by the recruiter who has created it.

If this functinality is not avialble, could you please share how best we can chieve this requirement, like enabling any DFF and then through security we exclude that DFF value, or any other standard field we can use?
