How can we have different requisition title on recruiters

Hi All,

We have a requirement to have a separate requisition title for recruiter to see on their dashboard (Job Requisitions Page).

I see the filed "Other Requisition Title" is not availale while you create a requsition. It is only available post you submit the requistion.

This title is also not displayed on the dashboard. You need to go to "Details" to see.

Is there any other option available to make this field available on the dashbord and make it one of the filter option.

Or display is domewhere down the actual title as shown in the image above.

Basicall our customers want to prefix/Suffix client name for which ther are going to raise the requisition but dont want to display that on the career sites.
