Get the Count of employees from a smart list

Hi

We need to divided an account balance among employees by the count of a smart list value

Eg there is an account called Fnb Cost with a balance of $500

it should be allocated among

employee 1 as 500/5*3 =200

and

employee 2 as 500/5*2 =200
