Bulk update AR Transaction header and line DFF for a high Transaction volume

As part of the implementation we have a requirement to update transaction header and lines DFF values as per the design. The expected volume per day can be more than 20K and as per the Oracle documentation we do not have a way using FBDI to update them in bulk and REST API is supposed to be used.

• Can REST API handle such high volume on the instance if we add required wait between each call
• Is there any other way or a better way to achieve the bulk upload of DFF both at header and line level
