Redwood UI - layout changed and Time entry Rules not working

Hello 

We enabled OTL for Redwood UX. We are noticing following issues:

1- We have custom layouts that shows Project, Task, and then expenditure type. But after Redwood, the column arrangement has changed to, Task, and then Project.

2-None of the timecard entry rules are working.

please advise.
