How can I join FLA_PROPERTIES_ALL or any other FLA lease table with HZ_LOCATIONS table?

I am trying to get the address which we can see under the Assets tab for a particular lease I tried joining INTERNAL_LOCATION_ID and EXTERNAL_LOCATION_ID from the FLA_PROPERTIES_ALL with LOCATION_ID of HZ_LOCATIONS table but I was not getting any result in that .
