HR Dashboard - Compensation Tab - Where to find where data is coming from and how to hide data?

On the out-of-the-box HR Dashboard (Reporting > HR Dashboard tile), is it possible to know where this data is being pulled and if there can be an extract of the data? The was informed the Compa-Ratio is part of below two tables.
