Manage Receiving Transaction completed successfully but receipt is not generated

While creating the receipt of the Transfer Order through FBDI upload file, Load Import file for Interface process as well as Manage Receiving Transaction process completed successfully. However, the Receipt was not created.

When checked the log file of 'Manage Receiving Transaction' process below message was found -

Execution Summary:
Number of Transaction Lines Selected for Processing: 0
Successfully Processed: 0
In Error: 0
Completion Message:
The process successfully completed.

What could have been the reason?
