OTBI Formula Help

Hi all looking for help on a formula for an OTBI Analysis on terminated records similar to the MS Excel formula of IF Action Reason EQUALS "Entity Transfer" or "Contingent Conversion" then show it, IF NOT THEN return BLANK

I have tried a couple of formulas but they all seem to give just me errors
