Default Entry Values are not working with "Validation Formula" to return Warning or Error.

Summary

Default Entry Values are not working with "Validation Formula" to return Warning or Error.

Content

Instead of using range in fields "Minimum" & "Maximum" we are using "Validation Formula" to identify the range and return Warning or Error status which should be captured during input value entry.

Error message is being triggered instead of warning message when condition is not met in Oracle fast formula Despite specifically mentioning Formula_status as ‘W’ in fast formula and Formula_message (type) : Warning in manage messages.

Fast Formula:

DEFAULT for CMP_ASSIGNMENT_SALARY_ANNUAL_AMOUNT is 0

DEFAULT for CMP_ASSIGNMENT_SALARY_AMOUNT is 0

Howdy, Stranger!
