Unsubscribe option under Recruiting Campaign not working

Hi Team,

We want to use unsubscribe option in the Recruiting Campaigns using HTML Email Templates. See below delivered code for unsubscribe.

However its not working. It is not returning anything once user clicks on unsubscribe button. Any idea what can be the issue.
