Does Alert Composer Support Pending Worker?

Summary:

We are transitioning from Taleo to Oracle Recruiting, today we have tons of correspondences built in Taleo onboarding and can trigger email notifications. What's the best option to manage these email notification in the future? We knew Journey notification doesn't support any token or variables. Alert Composer is in our mind now but wondering if pending worker is being supported by Alert Composer?

We created a sample alert seems like it doesn't work. We knew resource /emps is going to be sunset so used Workers instead. Added below filter and we are pretty sure the person ID is a pending worker.
