Can we merge order lines from multiple sales orders into one subscription

We want to check if there is a provision to merge multiple sales orders into one subscription. Use case is: For upselling scenarios, if there are fulfillment involved for sales order lines, a new sales order needs to be created with the additional product units. And business wants to add this new subscription line flowing from the new sales order into our previously existing subscription.
