How will the new 24B update for Special Handling affect existing customization?
Summary:
Our client has already been using the Special Handling Requests through creating a Line Type for Bill Only and then creating the required fields using the DFF's. Now, with the introduction of the new features for Special Handling specifically, how will it affect the existing setup. We have used the DFF fields to skip B2B communication as well. Would we have to use the new feature or can we continue to use the existing setup that we have done? Currently, we have not yet started using the Responsive SSP as many functionalities available in the Standard Application is still not
