Candidate is incorrectly transferred to HR moved to previous phase

We have an HR report under tools>reports and analytics

report name: New Hire and Pending Starts Report - ExternalsNew Hire

This report calculates candidates that have been converted as future employees. HR accentually moved a candidate to HR then quickly returned them to the previous phase.. Since then the candidate is showing up on the report.



The canidate meets the following report filter listed on the report


The first filter is for the Current State when it is not 'Rejected by Employer', 'Withdrawn by Candidate', 'Draft', or 'Approval Rejected'. From the screenshot the candidate's current state is 'Phone Screen Completed'. Where this is not one of the states listed in the filter this filter is true.
