Payment File Transmission Fails With Java NullPointerException (Doc ID 2178791.1) has reference to bind variable support:

dynamic tokens available (&DATE, &TIME, &REQUESTID, &PAYMENTFILEID) in transmission configuration, but it also has disclaimer that these won't work for Positive Pay file names.

Is there alternative solution to bring dynamic tokens into positive file name generation?
