Manage currency exceptions in compensation planning
Summary:
Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):
Hello experts,
our customer from Serbia wants to manage salary basis and payroll elements in EUR rather than local currency (RSD).
Considering that we are managing global compensation plans in several currencies, we defined EUR as corporate currency. We have added in compensation plan a custom numeric column displaying a payroll element value. However, even if for Serbia the input currency for the element appearing in custom numeric column has been set and loaded in Euro at the employee level, the amount is not properly displayed when in the currency switcher I enter EUR. It displays the correct value in EUR just when I select worker local currency.
