AS: How to see already published customization in redwood UI Customization?

Suppose a customization is already published by a developer using a Business rule in a project.

Now another developer wants to do certain changes but wanted to understand the fields/logic for the personalization done before.

But now creating a new Project and Business rule, the 2nd developer is no way getting this in the system.

Can some one answer this please?

Note: In Sandbox we used to see the published sandboxes as well as , we could see the rules with the existing customizations done in Design studio. The same we don't see in Redwood - Visual Builder Express mode personalization.
