Distribution amount of Non-Catalog not changed via REST API

Summary:

When I changed the "amount" field of a requisition line by Visual Builder Add-in for Excel (an Excel Add-in tool for importing requisitions using REST API) after submitting the requisition, the amount of distribution was automatically reflected in case of a Catalog item (a requisition made based on Agreement) , but was NOT reflected in case of a Non-catalog item.


Questions:

1. Why is there such a difference between Catalog and Non-catalog items when changing the amount?

2. Is there any way to make the amount of distribution changed automatically even in case of Non-catalog requisition?
