We have an autocomplete approved for defaulting Notice period when there is a change in grade
We have a Autocomplete Use Case approved use case where if the employees grade changes then the notice period should also change. For example if the employee is working in UK Legal Employer and is currently in Grade 1 then on moving to Grade 2 the notice period will get changed.
The Actions that the Business is looking for are
- Hire an Employee
- Promote
- Change Assignment
The rule is working fine for Hire an Employee and Promote. But for Change assignment the rule does not work at all.
