Custom action "Cancel" cannot be deleted in Visual Builder Add-in for Excel

Summary:

When I tried to delete "Cancel" from custom action from Table Business Object, the following error occurred and the excel file became corrupted. How can I solve this issue?

(We'd like to delete unnecessary action such as "Cancel" in order to prevent end users from misoperations.)

*The error says "Object reference is not set for object instances."
