Is it allowed to have the same Tax Registration Number for Supplier records?

Summary:

The business requires to have the same Tax Registration Number (TRN) for those suppliers who has an affiliated company (shared company).

They need to on-board two (2) different suppliers in Oracle but need to have the same TRN information. Currently, this is not being accepted now in Oracle and it is not allowing to have similar TRN.

The Taxpayer ID has it's offering and we can have an identical Taxpayer ID for both suppliers. However, for TRN, there's none.

Do we have any configuration for us to achieve the requirement?
