Why isn't Organization Payment Method displaying in Payment Method Drop Down

Hi,

We have an incident where we are unable to create a payment method in the Person Payment Method screen.

We are able to create the bank account, but not the associated payment method as the 'Organization Payment Method' and it is restricting integrations etc.

We have other countries set up where it allows us to select the Organization Payment Method in relation to the Bank Account.
