Review Content selected not reflecting on Conduct Meeting page

Summary:

We have 7 ratings in the template and only 2 required for the monthly review. Even though only 2 were selected when meeting was created, all 7 appear in the dashboard (Conduct meeting - View Table)

When creating the meeting, only the below 2 ratings were selected.

However, in the Conduct meeting - View Table page, all the ratings appear not just 'Impact of Loss' & 'Talent Readiness'
