Hi

We've added a new state (Moved to Reserve List) to the Interview & Selection phase of our Professional Candidate Selection Process. When a job requisition is filled, active candidate applications are moved to the predefined Rejected by Employer state of the phase they're currently in. We don't want candidates in the Moved to Reserve List state to receive a rejection notification so I added a fast formula to the Rejected by Employer action that sends out the rejection notification so that a rejection notification isn't produced if IRC_CSP_JOBAPP_CSP_STATE_NAME = Moved to Reserve List. This has stopped the rejection notification being
