Getting error for HSA enrollment

Hi, I received an error while testing one employee to add Domestic Partner to the benefits.

Added GM - Add Domestic Partner Life Event, created the Domestic Partner in contacts, went through enrollment. The employee was in the single coverage Panther Plan and HSA. I changed the Panther plan to EE+1, the HSA to EE+1 and as submitting this is what came up:

The enrollment can't be changed at this time for the plan MIDD - HSA Panther Employee Only. The participant must remain enrolled until the earliest disenrollment date 2076-10-02.

the setup on plan, program and plantype as been checked if there is any specific enrollment period plan added but there is no setup as such still receiving this error and even if we are trying to add other LE and change HSA the error is coming up, so any suggestion/recommendation are welcome.
