Mass Update selected product lines in subscription management

Summary:

I am using the mass update feature to make pricing and other attribute changes on multiple subscriptions but there is a requirement to update only selected products instead of all the product lines present. Is there any OOTB functionality to configure the choice of products being mass updated?

The OOTB functionality provided is not allowing me to choose particular products while mass updating instead it is amending all the lines with the changes.

I was trying to configure the filter products fields where I am providing a product name to exclude it while mass updating but it is still updating all the line items.
