Redwood Timecard - Add Timecard error - Exception during RestAction

Redwood Timecard is enabled.

When we click on Me -->> Time and Absences -->> Add Timecard tile, It is working fine. no error.

But from Me -->> Time and Absences -->> Existing Timecard tile -->> Add, Page is not opening and we are getting an error "Exception during RestAction"

We have custom Employee role and cannot assign seeded employee role.

Please let us know, How to fix this.
