skill and qualification section

Hi,

I need to prevent all users from editing all sections from Skill and Qualifications:

I tried to restrict the editing from Set up and maintenance> Profile content section access> Content section> "Esperienza Professionale"

Then, I restrict the permission to "view" selecting the required role:

However, I can still edit the section (look at the first printscreen)

Kindly, could you tell me if I need to set to "View only" this section from another page/set up?
