How to transfer draft BPA change order to supplier same like the original draft BPA?

Currently, for supplier authoring we have an option 'Transfer to Supplier' when user create a draft BPA. Similarly, customer also needs to have the same option when making a draft change order so that the supplier can update the pricing on BPA lines in supplier portal. However, I do not see the option of transferring to supplier at change order level. Any workaround to transfer draft BPA change order to suppliers? This is crucial for BPA renewal
