I am trying to split the concatenated accounting combination into different columns, each column should be displaying a segment separately

Currently, only the balancing segments exist as a separate column in OTBI, the other COA segments are concatenated together. I tried playing with conditions of the concat column to split them but it doesn't seem to work. Any ideas please?
