Tagging candidate from pipeline to standard requisition

Hi,

I am looking for a solution using HDL or API's where the candidates are moved/ tagged from pipline req to standard requisition and Interviewer should only be able to see the linked standard req .Same as current standard functionality for move to linked requisition in actions.
