HCM Journey Booster Process Automation Error - REST End Point Service Error

Summary:

ERROR when employee is initiating the Journey which calls an OPA process:

Error while evaluating expression: ${output_body.prop('items').elements().get(1 - 1).prop('names').elements().get(1 - 1).prop('DisplayName').value()}. Cause: org.camunda.spin.json.SpinJsonDataFormatException: SPIN/JACKSON-JSON-01002 Expected 'SpinList', got 'OBJECT'

Looks like the issue is parsing the response? But the configuration for the output seems to be straightforward
