We have the requirement that the Recruiters will have the access to create requisitions for two types: Position and Existing. We were able to achieve this by removing unnecessary privileges. All the recruiters would have Recruiting Manager and Recruiting Administrator roles as well. This is giving them additional privileges to create requisition from Template, job and the blank type requisition. We are unable to remove the inherited privileges from the Recruiting Manager role. Kindly suggest how we can achieve this.
