OIC should provide functionality to convert app driven orchestration to scheduled orchestration

Use Case and Business Need (Required):

Currently the OIC provides functionality to convert a scheduled orchestration to app driven but the vice versa is not possible.

Having a functionality of such would be very helpful to the developer.
