Need to exclude an element from the Payroll Activity Report

Summary:

Payroll experts - I have a need for a specific element not to appear in the PAR report. This element is showing unusually high values.

It is a Paid Sick Wellness element that seems to show trillions when we run it in PAR but when we look at actual absence accrual, I see nothing.

So is there a way to exclude such elements from the report?
