Embedded Grid Size and Formatting Issues in PDF Report Packages

In our PDF report package, we insert management reports as reference doclets to embed their grids into well-formatted Word documents. The report is configured to 'fit both to page' for complete display on a single page when run independently. And it is linked as well. However, after embedding the grid, we've observed that it doesn't display properly. The embedded grid becomes enlarged, causing columns to break out of alignment. We've also confirmed that the orientation, margins, and page size match. Are there any solutions to this issue?
