NGS - How to remove related object data from object which is having one to many relationship?

Summary:

We are extending Oracle sales application using oracle visual builder.

We have client foldout panel and subview so we when we have some records of client associated with particular account.

We should have ability to remove particular client from the account.

but for that we have configured action menu for intersection object.

but it is deleting the record from client object instead of deleting association.

we just want to delete association.
