Retroactive Elements displays twice on SOE results

Summary:

Issue is with Voluntary Deduction Type of Element when the Retro is processed the Retroactive Element is displayed on SOE twice in Other Deductions, however there is no impact on pay.

Have verified the Balance dimensions and groups for an existing element of same Category and the set up looks good, however the display still exists for this Element.

Please can someone assist on this.
