Can the Progression Grade Ladder rate auto-populate in the create offer?

Summary:

We're using Salary Simple Components in our salary basis and we have a component "Full-Term Annual Salary" that is configured with the rule "Progression Grade Ladder Rate". In Core HR, when the user selects the salary basis this component auto-populates from the grade step rate, which in turn populates the Salary Amount.

While creating the Job Offer in Recruiting the component does not auto-populate from the grade step rate in our environment. Is auto-population possible on this screen?
