ability to add new fields on the 'Add Fields' for payables manage invoices

Summary:

Is there any way or tool that would allow to add new fields on 'Add fields' at the manage invoices in the payables module? On add fields there are seeded values made available by Oracle and would like to know if is possible to add new fields that could be used to search invoices on manage invoices UI.
