Usage based charged is yearly but subscription billing is monthly

We have set the charges on subscription item as yearly on usage in KM but our Subscription is billed monthly, due to which the usage based subscription is billing both on monthly and yearly,

we have to billed subscription monthly based on estimated amount of usage, but we want to bill additional amount yearly.
