What is the 24A new field Email_Delivrability_Reason ?

Hello,

Since the 24A release and the new fields EMAIL_PERMISSION_DATE_ ; EMAIL_DELIVERABILITY_DATE_ ; EMAIL_DELIVERABILITY_REASON_, we are expecting to see the bounce reason in EMAIL_DELIVERABILITY_REASON_.
But the only records we see is : "CO:MERGE"
Whats does it mean?
