Is there People Selection Formula Field in Process Workforce Compensation Change Statements?

Summary:

We need to generate workforce compensation change statements for specific groups of employees that do not have common characteristics from the current Population Filters. If there's a Person Selection Formula in Process Workforce Compensation Change Statement, this will be very helpful. However, I'm not able to find this option in page composer. Do let me know if there is such an option or does it need to be an Idea? Appreciate any guidance and advice.
